Auckland's Chewy Gum Drop Debut Track 'Tiny Tim (Live)'
Tāmaki Makaurau garage punks Chewy Gum are gearing up for shows across the North Island with Japanese hellraisers Watusi Zombie and hyperenergetic local party starters Cindy, as well as a special Point Chevalier event this month supporting the fabulous Roy Irwin (who also plays in Cindy). The trio of Robbie Pattinson, Jordan Lim and Ryan Brand have just dropped a tasty teaser for their forthcoming live reign in the form of their first ever release 'Tiny Tim (Live)'. Recorded (as the title suggests) live in Wellington, the track provides an inviting gateway to Chewy Gum's fuzzed-out world of sound, with punchy riffage, wild drums and casually anthemic vocals all present and accounted for.
