Lineup Announced For Double Whammy Festival 2019
The fifth annual iteration of Worn Out Collective’s Double Whammy Festival has been announced. The two-night, two-stage affair will see the stages of iconic K Road venues Whammy Bar and Whammy Backroom populated by an eclectic mix of artists from across Aotearoa's underground musical spectrum. Aural delights on offer include the mind-expanding post-rock of Swallow The Rat (who are recently returned from musical mecca SXSW in Austin, Texas), the incomparable rhyme slinging of Dbldbl, the disco-destroying bangers of Wellington’s Aw B, the patriarchy-crushing pop tunes of Scarlett Lashes and Wayne Anderson, singer of songs.
