Wellington's Happy Valley Drop Self-Titled Debut Collection

Emerging Wellington crew Happy Valley have lifted the lid on their self-titled debut collection. The five track opus is chock full of post-hardcore and skramz-styled tunes ala Funeral Diner and Circle Takes The Square, with highlights including the angular riffs of ‘Sober Driver’ and the masterfully melodic lead guitar and vocal interplay of ‘An Apparition’. The energetic quartet have performed at a select sprinkling of lower North Island shows, such as house gig Hataitai Homewrecker and Valhalla’s infamous Waitangi Waste Fest.
