Listen To Christoph El Truento's New Collection 'Peace Maker Dub'
It seems like Auckland production maestro Christoph El Truento has no need for sleep, he's just unveiled a fresh ten-track offering titled peace maker dub, dropping only a few short months after the artist’s superb high energy album LWMP18. As the title suggests, peace maker dub recalls the round bass tones and bud-bothering liquid delay-fests of such studio pioneers as King Tubby and Lee "Scratch" Perry, conjuring ideal summer vibes for our sun-soaked January. El Truento articulated his ideas around the new record via social media, stating it was "inspired by the tropics, fresh fruit and vegetables, the ocean.. a 10 track dedication to the pioneering producers of reggae music in Jamaica." The producer's deeply zoned long-player features guest appearances from such local high flyers as Julien Dyne, JY Jong-Yun Lee, borrowed cs and Lord Echo. He's celebrating his thirtieth birthday in style today, tune into peace maker dub here..
'peace maker dub' is out now digitally via Cosmic Compositions.
