UK songwriting icon and activist Billy Bragg is currently in the midst of a career-spanning three night series of special headline events at Auckland's Hollywood Avondale. Wednesday evening saw Bragg play a selection of favourites drawing on more than thirty five years of material, while last night the beloved artist played songs from his first three albums Life’s a Riot with Spy Vs Spy, Brewing Up with Billy Bragg and Talking with the Taxman about Poetry. Bragg will be hitting the stage tonight to perform songs from later records Workers Playtime, Don’t Try This at Home and William Bloke.
