Auckland's SKILAA Share Debut Single 'Bluffin'

Auckland-based unit SKILAA features the talents of Chelsea Prastiti and Michael Howell, working with friends live to brew up a multifaceted concoction of neo-soul, hip hop and folk with African and Balkan influences. Recently seen owning the stage at Borderline Music Festival 2018, they've now unveiled their debut tune 'Bluffin', drawn from an upcoming EP due to drop in August. "The single 'Bluffin' is the first off of an upcoming EP we are planning to release early August. The idea for the song came when playing a busted guitar that wouldn't tune properly. This led to the main chord hook being formed. The song lyrics touch on the idea of guarding our own feelings, not wanting show our hand."
