Emily Fairlight Announces 'Mother Of Gloom' Nationwide Tour
Wellington songwriter and poet Emily Fairlight recently dropped her sumptuous and whimsical single 'The Escape' as a teaser for long-awaited sophomore album Mother Of Gloom, which is being unveiled on Friday 4th May. Fairlight's latest long-player was recorded in Austin, Texas and mixed in alt-folk capital Lyttelton, she'll be celebrating the record's launch with an autumn nationwide tour, here's the details below...

Following the release of her long awaited sophomore album 'Mother Of Gloom', Wellington alt-folk artist Emily Fairlight will be heading out on NZ tour.
The album was recorded in Austin Texas with Doug Walseth of The Cat's Eye studio and mixed in Lyttelton by Ben Edwards at The Sitting Room. Featuring the single 'The Escape', this album has piqued the interest of many including Muzic.net.nz and The 13th Floor.
