Listen To Fis and Rob Thorne's Experimental Single 'Ko Au Te Hou'
New Zealand sound artists Fis and Rob Thorne have announced their forthcoming EP Nga Parirau o te Karearea (the beating wings of the falcon) is a partnership with ecological organisation The Eden Projects, with each sale of the release amounting to a minimum of forty trees planted. The sonic duo are frequent collaborators, Fis is well known internationally for his excursions well outside the conventional boundaries of drum and bass, while Thorne has performed his contemporary approach to Taonga Puoro across the globe. The first single from Ngā Parirau o te Kārearea is ‘Ko au te hou’, you can read an open letter from Fis about the new project here.
