A modern day troubadour, performing original songs inspired by the human condition. Influenced by artists such as Paul Kelly, Colin Hay and James Taylor. He makes observations of the world around us and delivers them through powerful and thought provoking acoustic storytelling. A blend of contemporary alternative folk/soft rock and seventies inspired dreamy soundscapes through to toe tapping sea shanties and power ballads. Pete has been honing his craft throughout Golden Bay and the Nelson region for several years and collaborates with other talented musicians as the Pete Flynn Project.
