Oakley Grenell returns home with a new 11-track album under his belt, Echoes, and a slew of NZ summer shows to promote it.
For this solo show, Grenell will play songs of his father and tunes from his past Central Records catalogue, featuring bands Otautahi Allstars, Departure Lounge, Eskimo Squad, and O.G.
This catalogue includes 9 LPs, 5 EPs, 2 best of albums, and plenty of singles to choose from. Some of his past collaborations have been with Ladi6, Mark Vanilla, Jeanine Bailey, Mara TK, Dynamite MC, Rider Shafique, King Ru, Rubi Du, Shottaz—the list goes on.
