The last show for 2024 on 15 December David Harris, Gabriel Bond, Danica Bryant, and Seamus Joihnson and Neil Billington.
David Harris - David’s been fishing in the soundhole and offers up some fresh catch. Sounds of the sea, horse hoof, coal trains are some of the inspirations behind David’s recent songlike discoveries. Wringing the focus ring til to coughs up the gentle goods wild. And while we're at it, clap along!
Gabriel Bond - Gabe loves playing intricate, fingerpicked guitar parts and singing melancholy lyrics at the same time, and sometimes people even listen! 006.5 at the very least.
Danica Bryant - “Deliciously sweet yet shockingly bitter” (Under The Radar), Danica Bryant is no ordinary songwriter. A pop-folk musician with a gritty rock edge, her songs sink their teeth into intense topics from celebrity culture and mental health, to gender dynamics and body possession.
Seamus Johnson and Neil Billington - Seamus Johnson met the devil at the Intersection of Courtney and Tory, …..The deal was done. The rest is history. Joining Seamus is harmonica virtuoso Neil Billington. Neil has played at jazz and blues festivals here and overseas, including with America blues legend Sonny Landreth in Tokyo. He is known for his ability to play to almost any style of performer and he does this no better than when he joins with the extraordinary singing and playing that is the raw blues of Seamus Johnson.
