- BAD SCHEMATICS; Hailing from Palmerston North in the mighty Manawatu, Bad Schematics are an alternative-rock band that pack a sonic punch. Bad Schematics are purveyors of their own distinctive hard-hitting and heavy musical experiences that will have audiences out of their seats and on their feet without a second thought. With soaring melodies, powerful guitars, and thunderous drums, Bad Schematics are an emo lover's dream, a bogan's best mate, and a metalhead's next door neighbor.
- LADYREIGN; LadyReign is a 6 piece metalcore band based in Pōneke, Aotearoa. Formed in early 2024, LadyReign is new to the music scene, and is making their live debut at Underworld. Their fresh sound combines elements of modern metalcore, classic metalcore, and prog, with jazz/soul vocal stylings.
- ALL I SEEK; ALL I SEEK is a 5 piece powerhouse known for their crushing breakdowns, earworm melodies and rich ambient textures that they bring to their electric live performances. They offer something for modern metal fans and pop listeners alike with their distinctive heavy, groovy sound. While bringing their unique strand of metal to Wellington and Auckland with shows over the year, they have been creating a follow up EP to their 2022 debut. They will deliver a fresh set for Primordial Soup with a selection of brand new material from the upcoming sophomore release, as well as fan favourites from the self-titled debut.
