Tāmaki Makaurau neo soul collective Psycho Gab are releasing their debut EP 'Crazy Talk' on July 12! Come celebrate at Whammy bar with them on July 13! The group will be joined by good friends SPDRTWNBBY and Zola Nova, for a stunning night of wāhine-fronted neo-soul, RnB and jazz - and the night will then be topped off with an epic DJ set from Ellay W!
Fairly fresh faces in the Aotearoa music scene, Psycho Gab have already made an impressive mark, known for putting on electric live performances across Tāmaki Makaurau, and making waves with their singles. Debut 'Messy' appeared in the Radioscope charts, and recent single 'Gabben' was a resident in the SRN Top 10 for five weeks running, before the chart was taken over by their most recent release 'Pianomen'. This show kicks off the band's first ever tour of Aotearoa, going on to play in Pōneke on July 25 (Rogue and Vagabond) and July 26 (Meow, tickets from Moshtix), and Ōtautahi on July 27 (Darkroom, tickets from UTR)
