Join Snakebone on Thursday June 20th at the Rogue and Vagabond to celebrate the release of their debut single ‘Femi’.
Hailing from Te Whanganui a tara, Aotearoa, Snakebone are an instrumental trio comprised of Chris Armour on Guitar, Thomas Friggens on Drumset, and Dayle Jellyman on Organ and Bass.
Snakebones debut single ‘Femi’ offers listeners a guitar driven melody supported by a heavy hitting hip hop groove, all cocooned in a sonic cushion of keys tones, and percussive syncopations. The influence is honest, drawing on the works of modern musical pioneers such as Khruangbin and Daniel Villarreal.
