ABOUT
AUM is held at an idyllic campground surrounded by Kanuka forest an hour north of central Auckland. Each year over 120 artists spanning music, visual and performing arts gather to create this wonderful festival. We are New Zealand’s joyful, inclusive, loving, community spirit event.

Our passion for high-quality sound, visuals, lights and production will be on show once again with music spanning psytrance, techno, drum and bass, psychedelic rock, dub, house, disco, downbeat and more split across four distinct stages hosting over 100 artists.

Performing and visual art will be in abundance, including collaborative art projects you can be part of, and fun workshops to learn some new tricks.

AUM has hangout spots to enjoy the sun, trees for shade, activities for all ages, a huge campground with more space than most, a market village with yummy food vendors and more. Then there's the Healing Glade where our daily schedule of wellness activities and workshops can be enjoyed. Workshops include informative sessions on urban farming, recycling, plant-based diets, self-healing techniques, traditional poi and flax weaving, massage techniques, women’s empowerment and more. It’s wholesome brain food to leave you inspired.

Last summer we celebrated another sold-out festival. Our community is fun, friendly and safe. We bring together an amazing bunch of creative people who share a love of music and art alongside summer camping.

What does AUM feel like?
AUM is an adventure of love, sharing, sustainability, music, art, colour, technical wizardry, healing, imagination, laughter and joy. A family adventure where we will write our own story as we immerse ourselves in the stories of the past, present and the future. A truly inclusive adventure for everyone, young and old.

One of New Zealand's safest, friendliest and environmentally considerate events which hosts an incredible array of underground music and art and an incomparable production ethic.

Where?
AUM is held on the most beautiful, spacious, lush, well-appointed festival campgrounds in the country which is located one hour north of central Auckland at South Head peninsula near Parakai/Helensville.
