Dungeon is a monthly event based in Whammy Backroom, showcasing new, exciting and original artists based in Tāmaki Makaurau and beyond. Come down to the Dungeon and be enlightened/enchanted.
Welcome to the sixth Dungeon - Thursday August 17th
Talmar -
Talmar is the solo musical project of Tāmaki Makaurau visual artist Hannah Berry, which draws upon musical influences ranging from darkwave to pop. Fog-filled sonic landscapes are laden with cavernous beats and ethereal vocals, while touching upon elements of Trance and EBM along the way by building in piano motifs, danceable synths and echoing chants. The result is a hypnotic fusion of genres which pulse with rhythm, enveloping audiences in a hazy reverie.
