With her electrifying performances and dynamic approach to house music, Pixie Lane has established herself as a prominent artist in the New Zealand House Music scene, with a residency on George FM and appearances at some of the country's biggest clubs and festivals, including Rhythm & Vines, Hidden Valley, Mardi Gras, and Bay Dreams. Pixie Lane's innovative style combines deep and tech house with funky grooves, electro, and bass, creating a sound that is uniquely her own. Pixie Lane's electrifying performances, contagious energy, and innovative style have garnered her a reputation as a standout performer in the industry. Her ability to seamlessly blend a variety of subgenres and take her audience on a journey through the many different facets of house music make her a force to be reckoned with. As a DJ and producer, she continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in the world of house music.
MissB played her first DJ set on a bright yellow and black double cassette deck in 1989. Since upgrading her technology and mixing skills, she has played at Splore, Rhythm and Alps, Taniwhas Den, Kiwiburn, Burning Man & Relish Festivals, and can regularly be found playing at clubs and events around New Zealand. Last summer saw her sharing rhe bill with everyone from Basement Jaxx to Symphony, as well as remixing & producing tunes galore, it was a hefty season! MissBs sets are fun and up for it - she has a passion for observing crowds and their responses to different kinds of music- expect the odd familiar riff, and more than a few dark twists
