Welcome to a Sounds of India Concert.
We invite you to an evening of Indian classical music, dance, percussion (Tabla), Sitar, vocals and Sarangi.
Sounds of India are delighted to welcome Sangeet Mishra from the legendary family in Benares, India. He is an 8th generation Sarangi musician who plays with great depth and passion. His use of subtle musical tones takes you into this ancient music at its deepest level.
Supporting artiste's are some of the finest Indian classical musicians in Aotearoa/New Zealand.
