Indie-rock band 'Coast Arcade' are releasing their debut EP 'Next To Me' and to celebrate, they're playing a headlining show at Auckland’s BigFan on the 27th of May with special guests Fools Lagoon and Bittersweet.

After a summer of playing gigs, including Gisborne's Rhythm and Vines, and Auckland's Spring City Festival, Coast Arcade started 2023 with a bang, releasing singles Highest Heights (Official NZ Charts' Ones To Watch', #2 Hot NZ 20 Singles Chart + #37 Hot 40 Singles, #7 RadioScope Most Added + #24 NZ Airplay) and Surf Club (Official NZ Charts #20 Hot NZ 20 Singles Chart), MTV Upload Rotation
With an impressive resume, they have already opened for iconic bands like The Beths, Princess Chelsea, The Grogans, Bootleg Rascal, and Teenage Dads as well as playing alongside Ladyhawke, Zane Lowe and Groove Armada.
The show will be held at Joel Littles Big Fan where the band recorded their EP.
BIG FAN is a new not-for-profit, multi-purpose music space located in Morningside. Offering state-of-the-art sound, lighting and vision gear, catering to brand-new artists playing their first gig, up to intimate performances by big-name international acts.
The venue is purpose built for safe, inclusive, all ages shows, with great public transport options available being right next to Morningside train station.
This gig will be licensed, with R-18 drinks available at the BigFan bar (ID's are a must). It is also All-Ages using a wrist band system.
With the EP on the way and a buzz surrounding them, Coast Arcade's energetic live set is not to be missed.
