Heaven Bent is an auditioned, community choir, based in Auckland. We specialise in singing a cappella music from the African American/Gospel tradition, along with modern African, Maori, and other Pacific music.
This afternoon concert will feature a range of African American/Gospel traditional songs sung in 4 part harmony, some with soloists and some with piano accompaniment. Heaven Bent has been singing together for nearly 30 years and has a great tradition of enthusiastic performances that are a joy to hear and to raise your spirits.
No admission price has been set. Donations/koha is welcome. Suggested amount $10
