Elemental Nights, a captivating mid-winter concert series, exclusive to Auckland, returns this July featuring a high-hitting international and local line-up of renown and cutting edge artists taking to the stage at Auckland’s iconic venues.
Auspiciously 2022’s festival launches on Friday, July 22 at the Auckland Town Hall with the highly anticipated performance by artist Dope Lemon. Slinking out of the silky darkness of the midnight hour towards the blissed out champagne pinks and purples of twilight, Angus Stone returns with his beloved, intrepid Dope Lemon project.
Singer, songwriter and accomplished multi-instrumentalist Stone released his new album Rose Pink Cadillac in January of this year. Stone said “The catalyst [for the album] was love. During this time in the world with everything going on, the anarchy of it all. I feel like it’s a good time to share it.”
Dope Lemon last performed their signature mellow sounds to a sell-out crowd in Auckland in August 2019, devotees and new followers will not want to miss this very special show.
