The 3 October Songwriters’ Showcase features the work of three more local songwriters.
Thomas Swingler - A rare chance to catch a full set from this well known Newtown identity.
Janine Mitchell - Janine has returned to her youthful passion of acoustic guitar and singing contemporary folk songs. She will be performing with Jack Binding (vocals and guitar) and , of Kevin Ikin (mandolin).
Butter Wouldn't Melt - Auckland based duo Andrea Reid and Nick Burfield are “Butter Wouldn't Melt.” Their songs soan folk, indie, country, blues and Americana.. Their album launch had been scheduled as part of the Wellington Folk Festival (now canceled).
Door from 6:00pm.

Ticketing and Covid levels. Tickets are $10 with presles through Eventfinda..
If Wellington is at Covid level 1 door sales will also be available, and there will be a limit of 100 tickets.
If iWellington is at Covid level 2, there will be presales only and patrons will need to separately book a table directly with the venue (info@newtownmoon.co.nz). Distancing requirements as applied by the venue will apply.
Note: Patrons presenting proof of Covid vaccination will be given a jelly bean at the door...
