Oh my gawd this has never happened before! Two freaky bands heading out on the road together in a giant vehicle overflowing with unusual and wonderful instruments. There\'s a tuba as big as jeep and a trumpet smaller than a bean! There\'s a bass clarinet made in Paris and an electric piano constructed in California! We\'re going to need a huge trailer just for the exotic percussion and drums....but this show is about the people, seven unbelievable musicians mixing and mingling throughout a night of mind-bending performance. Siobhanne Thompson, from Carnivorous Plant Society, will beguile you as she coaxes surreal tones from her violin, stopping only to beat out an arpeggio on her enormous vibraphone. Band leader Finn Scholes, arguably the finest trumpet player in the land, will fill the hall with licks from jazz heaven and then Hopetoun Brown will bring the house down as they stomp and parp their way into your heart. This will be an unmissable night of music as two bands perform in a myriad of combinations during two distinct and varied sets pulling repertoire from their combined discography as well some rarely heard songs from further afield. Not to be missed!
