Vincent H.L (Auckland) may look like a slack dude who sits around all day eating chicken chips and bananas, but actually he’s spent a good part of the last three years creating the psych country soundtrack to your tramadol nightmares. His debut album Weird Days is out now.
he teams up with Bozo’s Hariet Ellis on bass, Drummer Dan Ward Matt Short on guitar.
Him (Auckland) draws upon elements of the visionary to create a stunning, experimental work that shifts and unravels mid-performance, in a visceral and often haunting way. electrical meanderings drawing a scene most poignant, inviting their audience to travel through scapes mysterious, bold and watery. Her songs are moody, haunting, and spacious; allowing the listener time to explore their insides. Joined by the wonderful Aaron and Dorian to help carry the water.
