Gig Information

“… the total package. Captivating describes Kendall’s performance nicely” – music.net.nz

APRA Best Country Music Song 2017 finalist Kendall Elise is a flame haired chanteuse. She possesses a versatile voice that will take you from tears to laughter. Her music speaks of dark humour and personal experiences, inspired by rhythm and blues, folk and country, and everything in between.

“‘Heart Full of Dirt’ is a dirty slab of honky-tonk rock'n'roll... the chorus a singalong murder-ballad classic:
I'd love you so much more if you were dead.
– Grant Smithies, stuff.co.nz

Kendall and her drummer Chris will be travelling all over the country bringing a raw, stripped back version of her stage show to a town near you.

Kendall will be joined by local act Parabola West!
Parabola West is an artist who cuts straight to the heart with her crystal vocals and layered melodies. Drawing inspiration from Nordic folk roots, electronica, and organic sounds, this Raglan-based artist is evolving into a soundscape storyteller.

West's brand new EP, Purity of Weakness, was released in September and follows her acclaimed single Fire in October 2015 and a successful INDIEGOGO crowd funding campaign in 2016. Recorded with Producer and Engineer Scott Newth at ‘The Porch' recording studio, the 7-track EP (including Fire) incorperates a range of instrumentation and electronica to take the listener on an epic and beautiful journey.
