SECOND EVER SHOW AT MOON.

Returning to Wellington for a special show on the opening weekend of the new music venue, MOON, is haunting dream-pop band French for Rabbits. The duo has just returned from a 33-date tour through Europe where they performed at new music festival The Great Escape in the UK, and extensively throughout Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, and Croatia.
They will be performing a rare show with their full band (joined by Ben Wood and Hikurangi Schaverein-Kaa), and will be playing some new and rehashed material. They are celebrating the release of a 7 record released through US indie label Lefse Records and will have copies on hand for record enthusiasts.
Jessie Moss & Paddy Burgin will be joining them, with their beautiful country-tinged folk songs.
MOON is a brand new music venue in central Newtown. Musician and record shop co-owner Benjamin James has set up the venue to help fill the gap in the vibrant suburb for a small artist-friendly venue for local and touring acts.
