Horrendous Disfigurement formed in Napier in 2010 with members from Corpse Feast, Bloodshed and Utu. They strive to unleash brutal death metal in its purist most unrelenting form - sick guttural vocals, brutal riff attacks and pulverizing blast beats that create their unique blasphemous sound! They are justifiably hailed as Napier’s “Brutalist Death Metallers” and are looking forward to slaying the capital....
Execrate
Formed in 2006, Execrate have excreted their blackened style of thrash metal all over the North Island. They performed regularly until September 2010 when the UK beckoned a couple of members. Regrouping in 2012 with a new drummer, they have been rehearsing and writing steadily ever since and are now back on the live circuit harder and faster than ever...
Enemy Empire
Wellington grunge metallers Enemy Empire bring forward the vintage sounds of grunge to fit a modern profile - their own brand of 'dirt rock' , complete crunchy, swirling guitar riffs, dirty driving bass lines, assaulting drums and primal vocals. They are continuously under the influences of “whatever you throw at us” and also have some good advice - “Know Your Enemy”. In this case, they’re it ..... you were warned!
