It's a good idea to run tickets for all your events — presales can help you easily manage limited capacity / seated shows.

My Covid Pass:
When adding or updating your gig, we have added a new check box "My Covid Pass required".

This will appear on your gig listings, and on the ticket purchase page so customers are clear of the guidelines for the show.

The ticket purchaser will have enter in all names and confirm that each pass is valid.

On the night Promoters and venues can download the free verification app from the MOH here to scan/validate the persons My Covid Pass.

Record Keeping:
With ticketing you can have a record of everyone attending that can be contacted via UTR.

Along with recording the ticket purchaser and contact email, we also ask on every ticket that the purchaser include all names and phone numbers of all people attending.

(This info will only be passed onto official agencies in case of issue - so it's a great bit of data to have on the event.)

Number management:
You can easily manage the total amount allowed into a venue to comply with restrictions.

For seated shows, an example is to you use our simple Tiered system to add a ticket type for each table and sell these in groups.

On the event night:
You can use our scanning and check in Promoter APP to process people in. This way you will have a record of the time all attendees arrived, which could be helpful for tracing.

Cancelled Shows/Refunds:
During Covid we are being flexible with postponements, even with no future date. We will extend this up to 6 months.

We are happy to continually postpone and set refund windows until the show can go ahead.

We are waiving any refund fees for events under 100 tickets too.
