Winter is over, and this year, Spring is bringing more than just sunshine and flowers -- Haven is back. Introducing Haven – LIVE! This mini-series of gigs will begin with the indie rock trio performing their first headlining show at Wellington’s San Fran, and the band have missed performing as much as you’ve missed a drag and a catch-up on the venue’s iconic balcony. It’s good to be back.
Following the release of the electrifying single ‘Pictures Of Her’ in May, Haven has been hard at work on new material of which the trio are ecstatic to debut alongside a slew of crowd-favourites sure to make you dance, then cry, then dance some more. Haven’s no-holds-barred live set has taken the band across the country, with performances at Soundsplash 2022 and Auckland’s Civic Theatre’s Wintergarden.
Supporting Haven are Girl Best Friend, a wāhine-fronted silky and soulful R&B powerhouse that will have your jaw on the floor by the end of their first song. Also joining the bill are Auckland-formed Sidney Holland (FKA Section Red), who are sure to set the night ablaze with their energetic and charismatic set.
