Listen: Laura Lee - Little Too Late

London-based musician Laura Lee has shared her synth-laced debut solo single 'Little Too Late'. Lee, who is perhaps better known as one-third of Christchurch shoegaze outfit O'Lovely, has been living in the United Kingdom for the last nine months working on her own material and says she penned 'Little Too Late' during a time of upheaval.

"I wrote this song when I was cutting ties with old relationships and moving overseas," she explains. "I had fun writing this song. I wanted to write something that wasn't too serious but that also came from a serious place. I find it hard to write songs if they don't come from somewhere meaningful". The track was then recorded with Auckland-based producer and engineer Tom Healey at The Lab. Take a listen below...
