Noisy Pennsylvanian punks Pissed Jeans have cut loose a track from their forthcoming album Why Love Now.
Titled 'The Bar Is Low', the track rumbles through three-and-a-half minutes of self deprecating lyrics over a freight train bassline. Speaking about the track, frontman Matt Korvette said he penned it “about how every guy seems to be revealing themselves as a shithead”.
Why Love Now is set for release through Sub Pop next February, and is co-produced by no wave heroine Lydia Lunch and Arthur Rizk (who has produced albums by Power Trip and Inquisition). Take a listen to 'The Bar Is Low'...
