Listen: Roy Irwin - Defect

We're starting to wonder if Roy Irwin sleeps much at night his musical output is so prolific. Not only did he release one of our favourite albums so far this year, the Auckland artist has now unveiled the six-song Chrome Lord EP.

Though (presumably) written and recorded around the same time as S.O.D.A, this latest offering draws from a slightly different sonic pallette, making more use of electronic sounds than its predecessor - which is especially notable in the tounge-in-cheek lead single 'Modern Man'.
