To celebrate the release of their 9th LP, The Deep Set, and the 30th anniversary of their 1st LP, Daddy's Highway, The Bats will tour NZ, EU and UK.
Rothschild, featuring Sophie Burbery, Sonya Waters and Greta Anderson will open for evening.
The Bats will be joined on stage by Mikey Summerfield on viola and John Chrisstoffels on cello. They both recorded on The Deep Set album
This date will be followed by a Pre Flight Party gig in Christchurch on 28th May after which the band head to France and Lyon on 31st May through to London on 17th June with lots of shows between.
The Bats are very pleased to be returning to play in Glasgow where they recorded half of their 1st album, Daddy’s Highway, way back in 1986.
On tour they'll be playing a good bunch of songs from both albums including many favourites from between. Stay tuned for more.
